Your documents, your tenant, your answers. Not a public chat window.
We deploy Azure OpenAI inside your existing Azure tenant. We do not build foundation models. We integrate the tools you already use with the documents you already own, so staff can ask questions in plain English and get answers grounded in your internal files.
We do not build AI. We integrate AI into the workflow you already run. That is the difference between an AI project and an AI experiment.
Most businesses we talk to have documents scattered across SharePoint, network drives and email. A copilot does not replace those systems. It indexes them and lets staff ask questions in plain English.
We connect to your SharePoint, file server or document repository. The content is indexed in Azure AI Search inside your tenant. No document leaves your Microsoft boundary. No prompt is used to train the base model.
When a staff member asks a question, the system retrieves the three most relevant documents, summarises them, and returns an answer with a citation link to the original PDF. If the answer cannot be found in your documents, the system says so. It does not make one up. Without citation, the model can invent a source. With it, every answer traces back to a document you control.
Foundation models are built by companies with thousands of engineers and billions of dollars in compute budget. An Australian IT services provider does not compete in that market. We integrate the models Microsoft provides through Azure OpenAI, with your data, your security boundary and your compliance requirements. That is where the value is for an NSW small business.
A pilot on a single document set, with ten users, takes two to three weeks. The pilot produces a measurable reduction in time spent looking up information. If it does not, you have not committed to a full rollout. We recommend pilots before enterprise deployments for every client.
We scope a retrieval-augmented pilot on a small document set first, so you can see the value before a full rollout.
