We move mailboxes from Exchange, Google Workspace or another hosted provider into Microsoft 365. Calendar entries, contacts and rules travel with the mailbox. We batch mailboxes by department so a problem does not stop the whole business.
A file server is usually a messy place. People have saved invoices in the Christmas party folder, the marketing plan in the CEO's mailbox, and the client list in a spreadsheet on someone's laptop. We clean the structure, map folders to SharePoint sites, and set permissions so the people who should have access do, and the people who should not do not.
Some applications cannot run natively in Microsoft 365. We move them to an Azure virtual machine in Australia East, with a backup and a test restore. The application behaves the same way it did on the on-premise server, but the hardware is no longer in your storeroom.
A migration is not the end of the project. We administer the tenant after go-live: add users when staff start, remove them when staff leave, review permissions quarterly, update security policies, and produce a monthly usage report. The practice manager does not need to learn the Microsoft admin centre. We do that for them.
